Let's be honest, most business owners didn't start their business because they were excited about employee handbooks, policies, documentation, or compliance.

You started a business because you were good at something.

Then one day you hired employees and suddenly found yourself responsible for a whole new set of challenges.

That's where I come in!

I'm passionate about helping small businesses create practical HR systems that support their people and protect their business. Whether that's building an employee handbook, reviewing your policies, creating forms and processes, or helping you figure out where to start, my goal is to make HR feel less overwhelming and a lot more manageable.

My approach is simple:

no corporate jargon

no cookie-cutter templates

no making things more complicated than they need to be

I believe HR should be practical, approachable, and tailored to the way your business actually operates.

By day, I work as an HR leader supporting a growing manufacturing operation. By night (and often on weekends), you'll usually find me helping small businesses, volunteering in my community, creating something new, or cheering on my daughter from the sidelines.

I know firsthand that running a business comes with enough challenges already. My job is to help take HR off your plate so you can focus on what you do best.

If you're looking for someone who will give you honest guidance, practical solutions, and a partner who genuinely wants to see your business succeed, I'd love to connect!

Let's build something together that works.
